# Blue Lab Ventures

> Blue Lab Ventures is developing an AI-assisted office service for owner-run service businesses. It starts with the business written down, works through the business's existing systems, and keeps the owner in charge of the decisions that matter.

The first step is a business picture based on the owner's public website address, at no charge. It is a starting point for correction, not a substitute for the owner's words or the business's private records.

The planned office work includes enquiries, quotes, suppliers' written confirmations, job instructions, invoices, money owed, reviews and complaints. The work and responsibilities are agreed for each business. The owner chooses which numbers to watch, how often to hear from the assistant and which actions always need approval.

After the first picture, the owner connects the existing business email, corrects the owner's sheet, joins the shared room and agrees the work to put live. The setup usually takes under an hour of the owner's time, less for a small firm. The business keeps its records and systems.

No outside-client results, measured savings or automatic booking capability are claimed. Two ways to work together, at equal strength: a plain fee for the audit (a person comes in and the business is written down with its systems connected), the set-up and ongoing management, quoted after the audit with the audit fee credited against the set-up; or ownership-first, a share of the gains created, convertible to a stake, where it fits. Either way the business's file is its own and leaving is easy. No price is listed yet.
